"Sound and worship have changed my life. From a life of chaos before Christ, I have been redeemed, and am now offering glory to God through FrequenC, a Christ-centered worship and faith-rooted sound practice, grounded in love and sound science. This is a space where peace and rest flourish through frequency, through meditation, and through prayerful petition.After many years of ministering to Jesus in faithful service through song and prayer, I am taking a journey to grow in my skills and hone my craft, sharing my gifts with an often restless world to bring peace, presence, and restoration to its people. Through Kavod - my unique Crystal Singing Bowls - I am committed to the glory of God and the wellness of the people of the Earth.Zephaniah 3:17 promises that God will be quiet in His love, rejoicing over His people with singing and dancing. Before your session:Before your session begins, you are invited simply to arrive as you are. There is nothing you need to prepare, believe, feel, or accomplish. This time is meant to be a space of rest, reflection, meditation, and openness before God's presence. You may choose to sit or lie down, remain silent, breathe, listen, or pray quietly.
During the session, Scripture, prayer, gentle music, and sound may be offered - always without pressure or expectation. You are free at any time to speak, ask questions, or pause. The goal is not an outcome, but presence: a peaceful space where you may rest and enjoy the fruits of the Lord's beautiful creation.
I will never condemn, accuse, or pressure you. I serve simply as a vessel for the Lord, practicing with gentleness and love. As such, any conviction, if it comes, is from the Holy Spirit or one's own conscience.
Sessions are not counseling, therapy, or prophecy, and are not meant to replace medications or professional help. This is a holistic practice, and your safety and comfort are a priority as we pursue this peace together.
